Quater Vitis Rosso embodies the wines of Sicily in a single glass and is a blend of Nero d’Avola, Perricone, and Nerello Cappuccio grapes. It is made from four different harvests and four separate vinifications to enhance the unique characteristics of each variety. Each wine is aged in American and French oak barriques for a maximum of 10 months. The different types of wood contribute woody notes. The best cuvées are then blended to create this wine, which harmoniously enhances the red fruit notes of Nero d’Avola, the freshness of Frappato, the spicy notes of Nerello Cappuccio, and the elegance of Perricone.
